The Innocence Project of Florida works on cases throughout the state and we make an effort to hold our events around the state as well. Each year, nearly 1,000 people reach out to our organization for help. Our litigation efforts and support services for freed people are provided at no cost to the wrongfully convicted. Your support of our events, like our annual series of Stand Up for Innocence comedy shows , allows us to offer vital assistance available to others who are innocent, imprisoned, and waiting to come home.

In February 2023, our annual comedy events, Stand Up for Innocence, will visit Tampa, Lake Park, and Ft. Lauderdale to bring levity and laughs in order to raise money for a serious cause. All proceeds from this benefit go toward funding our work to find and free innocent people from prison in Florida.
