SAMPLE WILL LANGUAGE “I give, devise and bequeath to the Innocence Project of Florida, a Florida nonprofit corporation and a qualified 501(c)(3) organization, located in Tallahassee, Florida, Federal Tax ID Number 20-0210812, the sum of __________ (or % of my estate), (or other personal property herein described) to be used for it’s mission to find and free innocent people in Florida’s prisons as it shall determine.”
